It's time to get Elounda and Plaka back on the tourist map if we can do that then your business will also be on that map. I am proposing that with your help we get a voucher and tourist map booklet produced for 2010. This booklet then will be distributed from the airport and tourist agencies and in local businesses like yours. Its time to get your business back on the tourist map and to do this we will have to pull together to make this a success. I propose that if a business wants to be on the map that there should be some kind of voucher system in operation which means that you the business will offer some kind of discount to the customer with the booklet. This will be a discount chosen by you at the time of joining the scheme, example of this would be a 10% discount or something similar. I am also proposing that depending on the discount you choose if you choose a high discount such as something like between 50% and free then you will get a more prominent position in the booklet and a short article written about your business.

The EloundaInfo Group of information websites is becoming one of the most visited group of sites in the Lassithi area of Crete. In June of 2008 the EloundaInfo.com site was launched and since then 12 months later I have had over 21,000 visitors and 1,132.870 hits on the EloundaInfo site alone. As I have said many times success only comes to those who are proactive in their business. My business is information and I proactively search for information that my visitors are looking for which could be anything from a review of a bar or restaurant to a simple bus timetable.

New Website Launched
EloundaInfo is proud to announce the launch of a new website under the EloundaInfo Group of websites. RhodesInfo.net will be an information site about the island of Rhodes. RhodesInfo will follow the same structure as the main EloundaInfo site and is planned to become as busy and as big as the EloundaInfo site.

The White Horses Elounda website has now been re-opened as a Business Link Forum for the Elounda area. In 2005 the White Horses Elounda site was opened as an online shop window for my business at the time a jewellery shop in Elounda. Now in 2009 it has become a forum in which people can communicate with local business in the Elounda area, offering free internet shop windows for the visitors of the forum and the world wide web to look at and even contact the businesses.
